Working principle:

The basic structure of a double-urn septic tank is mainly composed of a funnel-shaped toilet, two front and rear urn-shaped feces storage tanks, a connecting pipe (feces pipe), a rear urn cover and a toilet chamber. The funnel-shaped toilet is placed at the feces inlet of the front urn. A feces inlet pipe is connected under the toilet to the front urn outside the toilet. The front urn is used to receive and store feces. It stays there for more than 40 days. The feces is fully anaerobically fermented, precipitated and stratified in the front urn. Parasite eggs and pathogenic microorganisms in the feces are gradually killed, reaching the basic harmlessness requirements. The rear urn is mainly used to store feces liquid.

Key Features:

1. The volume is 1.0-1.5m3, which meets the standard of "o/SwY010-2015 Double-urn Funnel Septic Tank".

2. Optimized structural design, mature process technology, high product strength, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.

3. One-step rotational molding, no need to connect the jar body, to solve the leakage problem.

4. Save labor, save time and have a long service life.

Installation Instructions:

1. Dig a 2m long, 1.1m wide and 1.8m deep rectangular pit outside the toilet at the location corresponding to the squat toilet or toilet in the room, and use 50mm concrete as the foundation.

2. Place the urn in the pit dug in the toilet room, and surround the urn with

Fill and tamp the fine soil to prevent the urn from collapsing or tilting. The urn should be 5-10 cm above the ground, and the urn cover should be reinforced with cement mortar to prevent seepage and fixation.

3. Adjust the position of the manure pipe opening, connect the urns with manure pipes, and use special pipe fittings to connect the manure pipes and the urn body to play a role in anti-seepage and fixing.

4. Please adjust the bottom of the high-pressure flushing device first. The bottom should be completely consistent with the high-pressure flushing device and cannot shake. Adjust the foot pedal to ensure its stability. Check whether the water hose and the lock are firm. The depth should be based on the top of the high-pressure flushing device being slightly higher than the ground (about 20mm).

5. The water pipe connecting the high-pressure flush toilet and the squat toilet (the part exposed outside the barrel) should be as short as possible, without bends or sagging. The flush port of the squat toilet should be higher than the water storage barrel (there must be a height difference), otherwise, water will accumulate in the water pipe in winter and cause it to freeze and crack.

7. The front end of the squat toilet should be slightly higher than the back end by 5-10mm. Tamp the area around the squat toilet with fine sand and then level it with 2cm cement mortar.

8. The straight-line distance between the toilet exit and the front urn entrance is less than 1.2 meters, and the height difference between the toilet and the urn is 0.3-0.5 meters.
